In order to begin the exchange process, please use this contact form and a customer service representative will respond within three business days.
Exchanges will be processed only for like items. For example, if you would like a large instead of a medium, no problem. Simply contact us within 30 days after you’ve received your item and we’ll happily exchange it provided the item is in stock and the original has not been washed, worn, used or altered. Include the original invoice and mark the size and/or color you wish to replace it with. If you wish to exchange an item with an altogether different product, simply purchase the new item and return the original (see the Return policy below). We cannot offer exchanges if you have not contacted our customer service team within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.

Items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of item receipt less shipping costs. We cannot accept merchandise that has been worn, washed, used or altered. We will credit all refunds to the original payment source. If the original payment source is not available, we reserve the right to issue a check to be mailed to the original billing address. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Customers will be refunded for the total cost of the order if it is canceled prior to shipment. We cannot offer a refund unless you contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.
When will my order arrive?
In stock items are usually shipped out within 24 hours and take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to arrive for standard shipping. Check your inbox a few days after you order for your tracking number. Please take note of any shipping date notifications within the item description.
